Why BarrAsana Yoga?
Why BarrAsana Yoga?
When you have an injury that damaged your body, your life changes forever. Thus, it is important that we keep our muscles healthy because they work to keep our body in motion. If the joints do not move, the muscles do not work. If the muscles do not work, the joints do not move. Everything is connected.
BarrAsana Yoga is a great way to prepare the body for joint replacement. I experienced it and I have a lot to say about yoga and having double hip replacement. Ever since I was diagnosed, I kept doing it. I know that sometimes we all have difficulty to clearly see our path. I believe that only by trial and error and making mistakes we can find Light.
